Your insurance claim, finally organized.

Havn.ai is an AI claims assistant for homeowners recovering from water damage, floods, fires, mold, and storms. Its AI reads your policy, receipts, estimates, and letters — then turns the shoebox into an organized, understandable claim and a report you can hand to your adjuster.

The beta is open now in your browser — nothing to install. Prefer the iPhone app? Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it reaches the App Store.

Free to start — no card required. The free plan includes everything below, with limits on documents, assistant questions and reports; a one-time Claim Pass lifts them for one claim.

AI-powered from the first upload

Havn.ai's AI reads, sorts, values, and explains — while your documents stay the source of truth. It cites what it found, you confirm what matters, and it never invents a policy term.

Know your coverage

Upload your policy and the AI reads it — dwelling, personal property and loss-of-use limits, plus your deductible — into one coverage card you confirm yourself. Ask it anything about your claim and it answers from your own documents, with citations, or says it doesn't see that in them.

Don't leave money behind

Snap a receipt and it becomes an expense; mileage is calculated from the trips you log. Hotels, meals, laundry and pet boarding land in a running loss-of-use ledger against your limit, and a room-by-room inventory values what you lost — with replacement prices you confirm.

Hand over something real

One tap builds a PDF packet — coverage snapshot, expense ledger, estimate comparison, timeline — organized the way adjusters expect to see it, with the receipts attached.

Built for the loss you're actually dealing with

Every peril leaves a different paper trail. Havn.ai knows which one it's reading, and each of these has a free guide behind it.

Water damage

A burst pipe, a failed water heater, a leak behind a wall — the most common claim there is, and the one that turns expensive fastest.

Water damage checklist →

Storm, wind and hail

Shingles gone, a tree through the roof, rain coming in behind it — often with a separate percentage deductible you did not know applied.

How deductibles work →

Fire and smoke

Fire, smoke, and the water used to put it out. Almost always means displacement, which means a loss-of-use ledger from day one.

What ALE covers →

Theft and vandalism

A break-in is a contents claim, and a contents claim is an itemized list — room by room, with what each thing would cost to replace.

Documenting a loss →

Mold and lingering damp

Usually capped, often excluded unless it followed a covered water loss that was dried out promptly — so the timeline matters as much as the damage.

Mold and the clock →

See it on your phone

A real claim, from the shoebox of paperwork to the report your adjuster asks for.

Every claim in its own place

Water, theft, fire — each claim keeps its own documents, expenses, and timeline, so nothing gets mixed up.

Know where your claim stands

Deductible, loss-of-use spend, money received and still owed, and what to do next — read from your own policy and receipts, on one screen.

Upload the mess, get it organized

Policies, receipts, adjuster letters, damage photos. Havn.ai reads each one and sorts it into the right part of your claim.

Don't leave money behind

Hotels, meals, mileage — every displacement cost tracked against your loss-of-use limit, with missing receipts flagged before you hand the ledger over.

Value what you lost

Photograph a damaged room and Havn.ai suggests the belongings to claim — you confirm each one, then it looks up replacement prices for a room-by-room contents inventory.

Easy on the eyes, at 2am

Full dark mode on every screen, in English and Spanish — because claim paperwork rarely happens at a reasonable hour.

How it works

One loop, from chaos to claim-ready.

Upload the mess

Policy PDFs, crumpled receipts, adjuster letters, photos of damage — bring them in however they are.

See your claim clearly

AI reads every document and organizes it into coverage, expenses, estimates, and a timeline — and you confirm what it found.

Hand over the report

Generate a clean PDF packet for your adjuster, public adjuster, or attorney — with every number traced to a document.

See what your adjuster receives

Don't take our word for it — this is the actual PDF packet Havn.ai builds, generated by the same code that runs in the app, filled with a fictional sample claim.

Built on trust, not hype

AI-powered doesn't mean AI-invented. You're trusting us with the paperwork of one of the worst weeks of your life — so the AI shows its sources, and you stay in charge.

  • Your documents stay yours — stored privately, isolated to your account, and hard-deleted when you say so.
  • Answers cite your own documents, or say “I don't see that in your documents.” No invented policy terms, ever.
  • No ads. Your data is never sold.
  • Informational, not legal advice — we help you get organized and point you to the licensed professionals who can advise you.

Questions worth answering first

The three people ask before uploading a policy — the rest are on the FAQ page.

How do I get it?

Use it right now at app.myhavn.ai — it runs in your browser, nothing to install, and starting is free. Sign in with your email and a one-time code; no password to invent. The iPhone app is in private testing on TestFlight — join the waitlist and we'll email you when it reaches the App Store. Android is planned.

Is this legal advice?

No. Havn.ai organizes your documents, records what you spend, and explains what your own paperwork says — always citing the page it came from. It is not a law firm, a licensed public adjuster, or an insurance company, and it never tells you what to do about your claim. For advice on coverage, strategy, or a dispute, talk to your adjuster, a licensed public adjuster, or an attorney.

Who can see my documents?

You — and, only if you choose to link a contractor's Havn Pro workspace to a claim, its team sees the parts you agreed to share (never your receipts, expenses, belongings or assistant chats). Your files are stored privately and isolated to your account — no public links, no shared buckets. Opening a file mints a short-lived link that expires in minutes. We use AI providers to read your documents, so the contents pass through them to produce your extractions and answers; they aren't used to train anyone's model. You can hard-delete a claim, or your whole account, at any time — files and all. The privacy policy names every processor.
